Stephanie has been a CPO for over 10 years and lifeguard instructor for 8 years. She has operated, maintained and upgraded a 65 year old 130,000 gallon pool for 10 years before helping design and operate a brand new aquatics facility including the mechanical systems, filtration systems, all staffing and scheduling and facility. She is dedicated and knowledgable, providing safety trainings and consultations from pool deck to pump room.

EXPERIENCE

• Troubleshooting & fixing: pump, flow, filtration and chemical problems

• Training staff in lifeguarding, pool operations and chemical & mechanical maintenance.

• Designed the current YMCA aquatics facility in Casper, WY including mechanical & filtration systems and overall facility.
